We deliver. Anywhere.
From our climate controlled facility in Cobble Hill, British Columbia, we ship complete custom home, cottage and commercial building packages to any build site in the world. A suburban lot in the Pacific Northwest, a remote acreage in rural Alaska, a coastal property on the other side of an ocean: if your lot exists, your home can reach it.
A promise we have been keeping since 1989
Our first package went to a family in Terrace, BC. In 1989 one crossed the Pacific to Japan, opening an international market we still serve today. Since then packages have gone to Alaska, California, Korea, Israel and Mongolia, among many others, in sizes from 500 square feet to 14,000.
The reason it works is physical, not promotional. Panelized packages ship flat rather than as finished three dimensional boxes, so they fit standard trucks and standard ocean containers. Modular homes need oversize permits and restricted routes, and the road to your lot decides what you are allowed to build. A flat pack package removes that limit, which is why the same system serves a Duncan cul-de-sac and an island with no ferry.
Compare panelized, modular and manufactured homesSix steps from first conversation to first panel
Sending a home package across a country, or across an ocean, sounds complicated. We have spent decades making it straightforward.
Planning consultation
Before a single line is drawn, a Build Specialist sits down with you, in person or virtually, to understand your vision, your site, your budget and your timeline.
Design and engineering
Bring your own plans or create something custom with our team. Our 3D design and engineering software develops plans optimized for both precision manufacturing and efficient shipping.
Climate controlled manufacturing
Production begins in Cobble Hill. Every major component, including the SmartWall® panels, is built from premium grade lumber using computerized equipment.
Quality inspection and packaging
Before a panel leaves the facility, every component is inspected, labelled, inventoried and packaged to withstand long distance transport by road, rail or ocean freight.
Coordinated shipping to your site
We handle the full logistics with trusted freight partners, including customs documentation for cross border shipments. You know what is coming, when it arrives and what to expect.
You build with confidence
The package arrives with everything your local contractor needs to start, and our team stays available through construction to answer questions and provide technical support.
Packages have gone to all of these places
British Columbia
Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, Greater Vancouver, the Okanagan and remote northern communities.
The Prairies and Eastern Canada
Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, including rural acreages and agricultural properties, plus Ontario and Eastern Canada from urban infill lots to remote cottage country.
The United States
We ship throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, Hawaii, California and beyond, with a dedicated US toll free line and experience in cross border customs and US building requirements.
International
Since the first Pacific crossing to Japan in 1989, packages have gone to South Korea, Israel and Mongolia, and to the Caribbean, the Middle East and across Asia. Fifteen completed international projects sit in our archive across those three regions alone.
Flat panels are what makes it practical. A container carries far more house than a finished module, and there is no oversize permit or restricted route to work around at either end.
No site is too remote. Experience with packages delivered to remote locations means we plan for limited access roads, ferry routes and the logistical realities of building off the beaten path. On at least one build the road simply ran out, and the package was flown in by helicopter. That is not how we ship a home, but it is what happens when a client picks a lot nothing can drive to.
"The package arrived right on schedule. A short while later the walls were up and by mid-afternoon, the beams were being placed. The product looks impeccable, and the fit is perfect."Heather and Peter Spinney, on delivery day. More from owners

From Terrace, BC to Mongolia.
The first Pacific Home went to a customer in Terrace. Seven years later a package crossed the Pacific to Japan, and the relationships built since then now reach across Asia, Europe and beyond. Four decades of shipping homes has taught us the logistics that turn "anywhere" from a slogan into a schedule.
What else arrives with your package
We deliver design
Bring a plan or let us draw one from scratch. Our design team turns your vision into precise, manufacturable plans optimized for beauty and buildability, and the design work is included in your package.
We deliver engineering
State of the art 3D software handles even complex designs. Every component, from wall panels to your roof system, is engineered for structural integrity, manufacturing precision and efficient assembly on site.
We deliver quality
Premium grade lumber and rigorous quality control in a controlled environment mean less splitting, less shrinkage, fewer drywall cracks, reduced nail popping and a significantly lower risk of mold in the finished home.
We deliver energy efficiency
Every package is built around Pacific SmartWall technology, independently tested for effective R-value, with better soundproofing and indoor air quality as a bonus.
We deliver experience
More than 60 years of company history and four decades of shipping home packages. Our Build Specialists have seen the hard sites, the tight timelines and the complicated customs files before.
We deliver peace of mind
Ordering a building package for a remote or international site takes trust. Every package ships with complete assembly documentation, and our team stays your resource throughout the build.
Before your package ships
Yes. We regularly ship packages throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is a dedicated US toll free number, 1-800-667-3511, and we have extensive experience with cross border customs documentation and US building requirements.
Yes. Some of our most rewarding projects have involved packages delivered to island properties, rural acreages and sites with limited road access. Because panelized packages ship flat rather than as finished boxes, they travel where modular homes cannot. Our team plans the logistics specific to your site, including access roads and ferry routes.
The major components needed to construct your home: engineered SmartWall panels, roof system, structural floor system, windows, doors, siding, roofing, drywall, stairs, decking materials and detailed assembly documentation. Design, estimating and engineering of your plans are included rather than charged separately. See what is included in a package, or the cost guide for the breakdown of package versus site side costs.
Timelines vary with your location and the complexity of your build. No matter where your lot is, we have almost certainly worked in an area near you, and your Build Specialist gives you a detailed timeline during your consultation rather than a generic estimate.
Yes, and we have been doing it since 1989, when our first package crossed the Pacific to Japan. We handle ocean freight coordination, customs documentation and destination logistics for clients worldwide, including in Asia, Europe and beyond.
Yes. Your package is designed to be assembled by a licensed local contractor. We provide complete documentation and stay available for technical questions throughout construction. Contractors interested in working with our packages can apply to join our builder network.
Every package is carefully inventoried before it leaves the facility. In the rare event of a discrepancy or damage in transit, our team works quickly to resolve it and make sure you have everything needed to keep the build moving.
Tell us where. We will tell you how.
Every delivery starts with a conversation about your location, your access and your timeline. A Build Specialist will tell you exactly how a Pacific Homes package reaches your property, and what it costs to get there.
