Good to know before you refer
The fee is a share of the package value and is confirmed in writing in your program terms. Because it is tied to a six-figure package, a single successful referral is well worth the introduction. We will give you the specific figure when you submit your first referral or ask us directly.
A Pacific Homes package is a product, not a real estate transaction, so referring a client to us is generally permitted. That said, your own licensing rules require any referral fee you receive to flow through your brokerage and be disclosed to your client in writing. We structure payment to fit those rules, and we recommend you confirm the details with your brokerage.
Your fee is confirmed once your client's package agreement is in place, and paid according to the schedule in the program terms. We keep you updated on where your referral stands so there are no surprises.
Not at all. Your role ends with the introduction. Our team takes your client through design, pricing, manufacturing and delivery. You are welcome to stay involved as much as your client wants, but nothing is required of you after the referral.
Yes. Builders have their own program, where you take the construction contract and earn package margin on clients we introduce to you. Visit our builder partner page to learn more and apply.
