Using the site
pacific-homes.com is operated by Pacific Homes, a division of Pacific Building Systems, from Cobble Hill, British Columbia. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Plans, drawings and images
The house plans, renderings, floor plans, photographs and text on this site belong to Pacific Homes or are used with permission. You may view and print them for the purpose of considering a Pacific Homes package. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them to build a home without a package purchased from us, or use them commercially in any other way, without written permission.
Floor plans and renderings are illustrative. Dimensions, square footage and layouts are approximate and are finalised in the working drawings prepared for your project. More than 95% of the homes we build are modified from the starting plan.
Pricing and quotes
Prices shown or discussed on the site are estimates for guidance only. A package price is confirmed in a written quote or cost-to-build report prepared for your plan, your lot and your region, and is locked in as described in that document. Site work, foundations, assembly labour, permits and finishing are not part of the package unless the quote says so.
Saved plans, forms and accounts
Saved Plans are stored in your own browser and can be lost if you clear your browsing data. Information you send through our forms is handled as set out in the privacy policy.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the site accurate and current, including building code, incentive and regional information, but codes and programs change. Confirm current requirements with your local building authority before relying on anything here. Guides on this site are general information, not engineering, legal or financial advice for your project.
Links to other sites
Links to third party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Pacific Homes is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under a signed package agreement.
Trademarks
Pacific Homes, Pacific Truss and Pacific SmartWall are trademarks of Pacific Building Systems. Other names on the site belong to their owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
