Ten plans, from 989 to 4,349 square feet
The ones people asked about most. A one bedroom under a thousand feet, a hand cut Douglas fir timber frame over four thousand, and everything between. All of them still available, and all of them customizable.
The spread is the point
Ten plans covering a four-fold range in size, from a compact one bedroom to a full timber frame. Same manufacturing, same wall system, same design team.
Every plan here can be modified, and most are. More than 95% of the homes we build are changed before manufacturing begins, so treat these as a starting point rather than a catalogue.
Largest to smallest
The Baker
Timber frameHand cut West Coast Douglas fir timbers through the main areas, with the SmartWall system everywhere else. The great room is the primary timber space: two storeys open, under a timber-supported vaulted roof.
Semi-structural and cosmetic timber also appears in the kitchen, dining room, den and primary bedroom. Outside, a structural timber entry cover, a back patio cover, and cosmetic gable truss detailing so the frame reads consistently around the whole house. How timber accents work.
The Moberly
Chalet, 3 bed, 3 bathA recreation room, sewing and office spaces, and a large deck taking advantage of the area over the garage. The kitchen opens to a vaulted dining area and living room, with several large windows.
The Monterey
Contemporary, built for entertainingThe primary suite upstairs has a large ensuite and walk-in closet. The kitchen island connects living and dining. Downstairs adds two more bedrooms, a bathroom, a family rec room and a games room.
The Solvang
4 bed, 3 bath, two car garageA large kitchen and great room with generous patio space. The lower floor holds a family room that walks out to a covered patio. The exterior is contemporary enough to sit in an urban setting and quiet enough for a natural one.
The Napa
2 bed, 2 bath, single levelEverything on one floor, with a large kitchen-great room and a substantial patio. Sleek and simple, and the indoor to outdoor relationship is what makes it work.
The Alexander
Four-Square, full basementClassic Four-Square, and the simple shape is deliberate: it allows economical construction while keeping the plan open. The full basement adds space for development, storage and mechanical.
The Butterfly
Rancher, 2 bed, 2 bathA fresh take on a Usonian bungalow, with vaulted ceilings throughout the living space and patio doors along the living room. Single level, contemporary exterior.
The Ruskin
2 bed, 1 bath, with a loftTwo-storey vaulted ceilings over the dining room, kitchen and living room, with large windows. A covered patio extends off the dining room and a covered porch sits at the entry.
The loft overlooks the two-storey space and works as an additional bedroom or a bonus room, which is what makes this plan feel considerably larger than its footprint.
The Bowen
Carriage, garage belowA two car garage composes the main floor, with storage and room for a small workspace. Upstairs, windows fill the great room and kitchen with light. More carriage plans.
The Oliver
1 bed, 2 bath, plus a studyModern contemporary, with a high vaulted ceiling throughout and large windows along the entire front elevation. Open concept kitchen and living room. The smallest plan here and it does not read as small.
At this size it also works as an accessory dwelling unit or a guest house. More on suites and ADUs.

Every plan here is a starting point rather than a fixed product, and most get modified before manufacturing. Design, estimating and engineering are included in the package rather than billed separately.
