You keep the construction contract
The build is yours. You earn your full construction contract with the homeowner, plus package margin on the SmartWall order. Two revenue lines from one introduction.

Package pricing is locked in before construction, so the number you give a client holds. Panelized assembly reaches lock-up in roughly half the time of stick framing, so you finish more builds per year.

The builders we look for
We match clients with builders who deliver the quality our name depends on. Strong candidates usually have:
- A licensed residential builder registration in your province (BC Housing or equivalent)
- A track record of completed custom or energy-efficient homes
- Comfort working from manufacturer-supplied plans and design teams
- New-home warranty coverage in place for your region
- Capacity to take on introduced clients in your service area

What happens next
We review your application, confirm licensing and coverage, and set up a call. Approved partners sign a builder agreement and go on our locator, usually within a couple of weeks.

Good to know before you apply
Yes. You contract directly with the homeowner for the build and earn your full construction margin, on top of the margin built into the SmartWall package order. We supply the package and support; the on-site build and client relationship for construction are yours.
We assign leads by region and give active partners first right of refusal in their area rather than rigid exclusivity, so no region is left without a builder when a client is ready. Specific territory terms are set out in your partner agreement.
There is no purchase of inventory to become a partner. You earn through your construction contract and package margin. Any program specifics are covered in the agreement, and we will walk you through everything on the call before anything is signed.
Yes. We run a separate referral track for realtors, designers, architects and developers who introduce package buyers. Where BC rules require it, realtor referral fees are paid through the professional's brokerage with written disclosure. Mention your role in the application and we will point you to the right program.
