I cannot say enough good things about the Pacific SmartWall System. We moved from the lower mainland of British Columbia back to Saskatchewan to build our dream home at the lake and were a bit apprehensive about returning to frigid winters. Our home is amazingly warm and retains the heat so well that our furnace is rarely running. The main great room area is overlooked by a loft and with hardwood floors, most people said we would not be happy with sound issues and echoes; however this is not the case with the Pacific SmartWall, the sound quality in our home is excellent.

I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Homes. Their service is second to none. They get back to you ASAP. They are real people who understand the challenges of building a house. They are professionals who will go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need on site (and more) to hit the ground running when your package shows up. Our once-in-a-lifetime ambition was to build our own home. The remoteness of the location, and the lack of any construction amenities, made us think that realizing our dream was never going to happen. Then we discovered Pacific Homes. Our building package came on time, was complete and had lots of extra products. There was no quibbling if anything needed to be replaced. The house was reasonably easy to put together and materials were of high quality. We feel that the dollar value was excellent.

We just wanted to tell you how very pleased we are to have chosen Pacific Homes for our building material. Everything has worked out so very well, and our construction crew are amazed at the quality of the wood and the precision of the workmanship. Evidently, we have quite a complex design, but all the components have come together perfectly.

Overall, everything was great. I have recommended Pacific Homes to many friends and clients as we were very impressed with the entire package. We cannot believe how quiet the house is and how economical it is to heat and cool due to the extra inch of insulation.

The Pacific Homes package we ordered included windows and exterior doors, hardware and all the necessary building materials so we were not constantly running into town for odds and ends. It made life a little easier, a few less things to worry about. We liked the fact that there was very little waste material. We kept our site clean and organized and are proud to say that nothing from the package went to a landfill. We have been in our dream home two years now, no problems, loving it.

After interviews with several prefab home building companies the choice became clear that Pacific Homes was head and shoulders above the rest in quality, support, professionalism and value. Our Build Specialist put our plans into motion with a vast array of home components and solid price quotations, and coordinated our plans with a very capable design team, dedicated production crew and on-time shipping. After a year and a half of owner-built effort our dreams have become reality.

I just finished having my Pacific Homes package built to weather tight and want to say how much I appreciated the support. After initially working with another home package company three years ago, I switched over to Pacific Homes and I am so glad that I did. Since this was my first time building with a package, I was concerned there would be unwanted surprises, and what I got was nothing but delightful surprises.

The package arrived right on schedule with the crew, who expertly unloaded and placed the cargo on site. A short while later the walls were up and by mid-afternoon, the beams were being placed. The product looks impeccable, and the fit is perfect. We are so amazed and proud to be a part of this partnership with Pacific Homes.

We have been in the house for six months now and are loving it. The house is very energy efficient indeed. Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your help and patience guiding us through this project. Without the help of all the staff at Pacific Homes we would not have been able to accomplish this home. You have made this whole process so easy and stress free. Our previous house was so small, and I did not have a space that I could just retreat to and relax. This house is the opposite. It is warm, cozy and inviting, and I look forward to coming home. While we hope we never build again, if we did, it would be a Pacific Home all the way.

You exceed our expectations in the quality of your products and the service we received. Deadlines were met; sudden changes by us were handled with smiles, resulting in a worksite that was safe and stress-free. Promises were made and all those promises were kept so we applaud your ethics. You took us on a journey and what a terrific ending.

Service from beginning to end is fantastic. The quality of the product is second to none. I do not know why anyone would build a house any other way.

I cannot think of any improvements to the Pacific Homes experience. Any problem was promptly corrected while building changes that we made or additional materials were quickly arranged. Pacific Homes has great service. Others we know on the Island who built with Pacific Homes feel the same.

We were very happy with our Pacific Homes building experience. Our representative went above and beyond to make sure he understood what we wanted and delivered on time with a great product. Great product and great service, would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everyone who sees or enters our home is amazed by the building quality, view and interior. I am amazed myself. The design of the home complements its surroundings and takes full advantage of the view and sun.
