When you contact Pacific Homes, we ask you to share where in BC or the USA you plan to build and a little about what you have in mind - whether that is a single-family home, a cottage, or a multi-family project. The more context you give us, the faster we can point you in the right direction.
From there, we connect you with a dedicated Build Specialist who will be your single point of contact from this first call all the way through to delivery. They bring deep expertise in custom home engineering and prefab construction, so no question is too technical and no idea is too ambitious.
We work around your schedule and your comfort level. Prefer a quick phone call? Done. A video walkthrough of existing floor plans? Easy. Rather keep things to email while you gather your thoughts? That works too. You can choose one of our existing floor plans as a starting point and modify it as extensively as you like, or we can develop a fully original design together from the ground up.
