Four Decades of Building Dreams
Pacific Homes was founded in 1982 in Cobble Hill, British Columbia, with a straightforward idea: give homeowners a smarter way to build. Our founders believed that precision engineering and factory-controlled quality could produce a better home than site-built methods alone - without sacrificing any of the craft or character that makes a house feel like home.
What began as a small local operation serving Vancouver Island has grown into a team trusted by families and developers across BC, Canada, and the United States. Through every chapter of that growth, the core principle has stayed the same - treat every project as if we were building for ourselves.
Today we operate from our state-of-the-art west coast facility, shipping custom panelized packages to build sites near and far. The faces change, the floor plans evolve, but the commitment that started in 1982 has never wavered.
